Hi, I am Bongiwe , & welcome to African Mum in Diaspora. I have created this space to share ideas and also get ideas from other parents on how to raise children in a foreign land without  compromising the values and ultimately losing your identity. I am a Biomedical scientist and also a married mum of 3. I have children of a varied age range. I am going to share my experiences of being a mother and the challenges raising children in the Diaspora.
